Honeyville
Hungry Dave loves to cook and shops for unique and quality items. When he came across the Honeyville Bumbleberry Jalapeno sauce, Happy Karen got even happier.
Choosing Honeyville to sell at Farmer’s Market was an easy decision. Hungry Dave and Happy Karen fell in love with each new product and feel compelled to share their love of good food with as many people that will stop and listen.
The sauces make a great meat marinade, with the honey coating thick and sticky. It’s as simple as putting some chicken in a zip lock baggie, adding a quarter cup of Apricot Ambrosia, roll the bag around in your hands to coat completely and you are ready. A fast 5 minutes and your chicken is prepared to be delicious.
Try the Bumbleberry Jalapeno on Pork, using the zip lock baggie method.
Whipped Honey with Peanut Butter and Japaleno Jelly sandwich is a great taste treat.
Try the Cherry Habanero Honey Mustard on a ham sandwich or as a pretzel dip.
Strawberry Rhubarb, Choke Cherry, Chocolate Buzz… and by the way, Bumbleberry is Blackberry, Raspberry, Blueberry and honey. It comes as a jam and as a sauce, but the sauce has that extra zing of added jalapenos.
